Refund Policy – Clean Pet Free

At Clean Pet Free, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You request it within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description on our website.

Refund requests made outside of the 7-day window will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at suporte@cleanpetbr.com, including:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Once your request is received, we will respond within 2–5 business days with the next steps.

3. Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to a defective or incorrect item, Clean Pet Free will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the refund is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

  • The request was made after the 7-day window.

  • The product was returned without prior communication with our support team.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment method for processing time.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
